I downloaded the latest driver from Canon and the latest CanoScan Toolbox. Why the scanner does not work on one of them? But when I select Scan profile, I told myself that no scanners were detected. If I select properties and use the Test button, it tells me that the scanner is not working properly. When I go to scanners and cameras in Control Panel, the scanner appears. On one login my scanner Canon 5000F works very well. Canon scanner works on one, not the other. They are so different from those distributed in the USA. I guess I won't be posting here, because no Canon technician know something on the model of printer that I have here in the Canada. Another reason, that I will never buy another product of Canon again. I'm so sorry to see that the answer is in the way of someone else's problem.
